For the reasons above. I feel that instead of receiving TLC I was being shafted for as much money as Mini can make out of me!Also the delay in sending this feedback is because the letter from you went to an incorrect address.

I phoned & was asked to go in immediately by reception. I was looked after, reassured & given a comfy seat in a nice clean area, with a television and refreshments. I was dealt with in a friendly & communicative way & my problem was fixed. thank you!

I was disappointed that the car failed itÂ’s MoT because a fault in the rear light fitting reoccurred on the other side & I was then asked to pay £200+ for a new light fitting when the dash indicated a blown bulb! Was expecting £5 for a bulb.
