Our Sales Advisor, Mike Gill was brilliant. He kept me fully updated where Mini was in the production line, then when it had left Europe for it's trip to the UK. He sent me a video of Mini once received at Bristol which I thought was a lovely touch.

Easy to arrange by phone. Immediately attended to on arrival. Plenty of coffee (and biscuits), newspapers and magazines. And a TV with sub-titles. Thorough service and MOT and their service estimated time - spot-on.

Purchase very good, everything to do with the delivery very poor. Car was later being delivered than we were told when we purchased the car, we were not kept informed about the delivery delay and the handover of the car felt rushed.

It was a bit of an effort trying to get the problem resolved. From the wrong tyre being sent out, to scheduling issues. however once it was booked in, I found the process very efficient. Despite losing my tyre inner tube cap!
