I couldn't ask for better. Picking up my new car was a dream, the special touches of a bow and a sheet to unveil it made it feel really special. Every member of staff had lots of time for me, I felt like a really valued customer.

I requested a call back from the person overseeing the work to my car and I didn't receive a call back. I wanted to ask about the work recommended, because if this I had to return again the next day to have the work completed. Frustrating.
