It was a short notice job that needed to be completed before Christmas day. Dealt face to face with your staff on 23rd and and it was booked in and by lunchtime on the 24th. A life saver.

Harry dealt with the issue as best he could and even applied to Mini for a goodwill partial or full payment towards the very costly repair. This was turned down as car now 8 years old which is not old as far as I'm concerned.
