Dick Lovett MINI Bristol have gone beyond and above my expectations during the purchase and delivery process of my new car. All members of staff I spoke with, including Jon Podmore, were attentive and could answer any question I had about MINI.

Matt made it a friendly and positive experience during the purchasing of my mini. Then when Callam took on my paperwork etc he was extremely friendly, helpful and was always available to answer any questions. He was also very patient throughout.

The feedback suggested I would benefit from wheel alignment but there was no way of getting this done before I picked up on a Sat. Couldn't 'pick' from the report. Also bodywork estimate took quite a few days

Generally all good but waited to speak to someone first thing waited 15 minutes but had to leave to get to a meeting they were over stretched and had an angry customer. No call when the car was ready so came up anyway.

Just had a MOT, they gave me an office as I decided to wait which was lovely, however. I was asked if I wanted my car washed I declined, but they said they would wash it while I waited for tires and they didn't wash it.
