A very welcoming centre and nothing was too much trouble. Lee helped to make me feel comfortable in the test drive, and showed how everything worked with clarity. The purchase was all very efficient and Lee was exceptionally helpful and informative.

It would have been 5 stars based on the staff experience. However, I was very disappointed firstly in the fault developing so early in a 4 year old mini. Secondly, the cost of investigation and repair at £500+ which seems very excessive.
