From the first time in the showroom Ollie Jones was extremely attentive with us, especially as my husband is disabled. He went out of his way to advise and explain everything about the countryman. He helped us and went through everything thoroughly.

I was told that there was a missing screw in my engine coolant, but they didn't have the part there and then. Your staff told me about the issue but gave me no solution to fixing it. No date or appointment was offered to re book.

Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Kept me updated with each step and let me know about any recommendations. Went above and beyond to come out to check my car at the end as I could hear a rattling in the pouring rain.

I'm so disappointed with Mini. I have had to pay for a new battery £550 on a car that is 1 yr old because according to Mini I don't drive it enough. This was not mentioned when I bought the car
