My mini had brakes fixed as identified in MOT and service 700 miles previously. I was told that I also needed new rubbers on the suspension and new windscreen wipers. I want to know why these were not highlighted at the MOT and service.

Staff are friendly and informative. Associated work completed thoroughly and in a timely manner. The 'little things' are taken care of, such as Tea/coffee/drinks in a comfortable area and taxi service to and from Cribs!

Dick Lovett were great but it was very disappointing that mini roadside assistance were unable to change my tire straight away. My car being towed to a garage in Bristol (when I live in south wales) and having to get a hire car etc was a pain!

Delivered the car for a MOT and service. Brakes needed attention and replacements. Delivered at 8.30 and completed at 15.30. I was told at 14.15 it would be ready shortly. An oil leak was discovered, but mechanics could not identify the source.

When booking in i requested that my car was not cleaned or messed around with inside. I specifically reiterated this and they made a note of it. To my disappointment the inside was wet and thing's were moved around and items of mine moved. Not Happy.

Service was superb . We were given a 3 door courtesy car but had our granddaughter with us . Once they realised we would have to leave our mini in the garage til the next door , we were then given a 5 door and our mini was delivered back to our door

All good service wise. I had asked for a chat with someone about my options (keeping, changing, selling etc) but I didn't speak with anyone. I also asked for an email with figures detailing my options but I haven't received anything.
