The welcome from the receptionists at the Centre was both immediate and friendly and I was offered a seat, a hot drink and biscuits while I waited for the Sales Executive to be free. I waited for no more than 5 minutes before being seen.

I have used Dick Lovett for parts before and as per all previous times they do not treat their customers the same and judge you by your appearance. They look you up and down and treat you like you are the scrappings of their shoes.

for a manufacturing fault in the car it took 3-4 weeks for repair. Rental car given as replacement has been Charing our debit card over £290 in charges (about £145 per day) . this is not acceptable as the car has been returned.

Not the most convenient location for us as we live in Bath but the experience at Mini Bristol was good as always Booking was easy, check in efficient ,work completed on time, showroom was easy to work in while I waited with good wifi and refreshment
