We came to Dick Lovett to buy a red second hand Mini, with no intention to buy new, and came away with a brand new Racing Green new mini, with a number plate that almost matched by 3 initials as an added bonus. VPL rather than VRL ;) Angelo 5 plus!

My car came back with warning light still on- one of the tires needed air. The breaks had to be changed on car with less than 20k miles - when question the women just said "she's not suprised" not very helpful. Wouldn't recommend mini again.

for a manufacturing fault in the car it took 3-4 weeks for repair. Rental car given as replacement has been Charing our debit card over £290 in charges (about £145 per day) . this is not acceptable as the car has been returned.

No clear prognosis was given regarding what was wrong with my vehicle. Asked to spend £1k to fix sensors that would then find what the actual fault was. Recommended to fix problems that were fixed during a service one month prior. No

Overall I was pleased with the service. The only thing that I thought was poor was the cleaning. It was not cleaned inside apart from the mats and poorly outside. I thought my car would have been valeted after paying over £580 for the service...

Unexpected high cost for service over an above service plan. No recollection of previous service issue re video and reduced brake pad offer. Offered my wife a complementary car clean which then didn't happen. Offer of free valet has now been received
