My car came away with major issues that were not there prior to the service and "conviently" appeared once my car had been serviced. Which resulted in costing me nearly £700 . There were no issues when I brought the car to you.

It would have been 5 stars based on the staff experience. However, I was very disappointed firstly in the fault developing so early in a 4 year old mini. Secondly, the cost of investigation and repair at £500+ which seems very excessive.

My Mini Cooper S was in for a repair to one of the air vents recently and it was dealt with easily & with no problems. Harry from the Service Dept was super helpful and explained everything in detail that was going on & needed to happen with my car.

Loan car had triangle warning relating to trye pressure. I went back in office. Told to reset, but as pressure had not been corrected in the first place it did not work. My husband corrected it when we got home.
